Website Use:

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow guests to inquire about private yacht charters. You agree to use this website responsibly and not for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of SoCal Yacht Charters unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.

Charter Inquiries:

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All charters are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by SoCal Yacht Charters.

Specific charter details, pricing, and policies will be communicated during the booking process.

Payments & Cancellations:

Deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are outlined in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an inquiry or booking a charter, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

Weather & Safety:

All charters are subject to weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations. Itineraries may be adjusted, postponed, or canceled when necessary to ensure guest safety.

Assumption of Risk:

Boating and on-water activities involve inherent risks. By inquiring about or participating in a charter, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Additional agreements, waivers, or releases may be required prior to boarding.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Yacht Charters shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in charter activities, except where required by law.

Changes to These Terms:

SoCal Yacht Charters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Captain’s Authority & Conduct:

The captain has full authority over the vessel, crew, passengers, and operation at all times. This includes authority over safety, navigation, weather decisions, and guest conduct.

The captain may terminate a charter at any time, without refund, if guest behavior violates the charter agreement, compromises safety, or violates applicable laws or regulations. In such cases, the charter may be ended early and guests may be returned to port or removed from the vessel at the captain’s discretion.

The possession or use of any drugs prohibited under federal law, including substances that may be legal under state law, is not permitted on board. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund, and may require notification of appropriate authorities.
