Parker Johnson

I grew up in the South Bay and have spent most of my life on the water. I started sailing competitively on my high school sailing team, which led to racing, instructing at local yacht clubs, and spending as much time as possible on boats of all kinds. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to take part in a range of regattas and experiences, including organizing and leading the first all-junior team to compete in the Santa Barbara to King Harbor Regatta.

I hold a U.S. Coast Guard captain’s license and started SoCal Yacht Charters simply because I enjoy being on the water and wanted to share that experience with others. Whether it’s a relaxed coastal day or time spent farther offshore, my goal is to create an easygoing, comfortable experience where guests can enjoy the ocean hassle-free.
